With two contractor partners KPa+d renovated and expanded a 1905 cottage on a steep hill in San Francisco as a speculative venture. The house had exposure on three sides, views of Twin Peaks and downtown, and a high basement with a dirt floor. We were able to more than double the house in size, modernize the interior to be a four-bedroom family home and create new usable gardens in the front and back.
