SARATOGA

Saratoga

This is the story of a 1980s spec-house on an amazing site with views spanning three-quarters of a circle.  The house had a horrible floor plan and had been shoddily constructed but well-maintained.  Our clients, off-shore nationals, were looking to establish a home-base in California for their immediate and extended families.  They wanted a traditional-style home, and we endeavored to accomplish that but also to fix the floor plan where feasible and update the home’s structural, mechanical and electrical systems.  It ended up as a whole-house remodel, with a happy client and a happy team.
